One of the great success stories in Louisiana outdoors is the restoration of the Lake Pontchartrain region. Not only has the lake once again become an outstanding fishing location, but it has also become a Mecca for trophy speckled trout fishing.

This charter captain specializes in BIG trout and every piece of equipment, from the boat to the fishing tackle, is the best. When it’s a real possibility that the next cast may produce the next state record, you just don’t take chances. The captain is every bit as good as his equipment, he has fished the marshes, lakes and bays of southeast Louisiana almost all his life, and those years of experience have provided him with a vast knowledge of both the salt water and fresh water species that roam throughout these Louisiana waters.

The cost for a full day trip is $200.00 per person with a two person minimum. This includes a full day of fishing, use of high quality Fenwick, Berkley, and Abu Garcia fishing gear, all necessary plastic baits (live bait an additional charge in season), gas, and ALL other necessities needed (licenses excluded).

Unless otherwise stated, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required within two weeks of booking, with the balance due three weeks before the departure date.
